ARMY TO DEVELOP HYDROGEN FUEL CELL TECH FOR E- E-MOBILITY

Indian Oil, the largest state-run refinery and fuel retailer has handed over state of an art green hydrogen fuel cell bus for use in Delhi to the force. This is in keeping sight of to deployment of hydrogen fuel cell technology for heavy-duty e-mobility by the Indian Army. Both have signed an agreement for testing and deployment of the technology. This is the latest initiative of the Army in the field of carbon reduction. The initiatives range from tapping renewable energy sources to planting trees and moderating energy use through increased efficiency.
